We had a great time at Stella's. Yes, they are open. Joe was our waiter and he is terrific. Very attentive to his guests. The view and the sunset is awesome. There was a couple entertaining us with great songs and of course, the food is delicious. Lobster dip to start and the hamburger with goat cheese is delicious. Thanks for a great dinner. Kudos to the chef.

Nice little hidden gem next to the Truck Stop. Ambiance is great with this quaint restaurant. Food was indulgent and very good. I had the fried fish sandwich and she had the goat cheese and camelized onion stuffed burger.

Great wine selection. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The bites we had were good. The sunset was gorgeous to see from this place.They have a cool little putt putt area too.

This is the real Belize with on-site American ownership and attention to detail. (Read: quick, dependable service ;-)). Fresh ingredients, great wine selection, great sunset ambiance. Also, don’t miss the Sunday Brunch! Crepes are amazing!

An absolutely beautiful, relaxing place to spend an evening. Kelly was an absolute treat to meet and Derek took incredibly good care of us. The views were spectacular and the food was delicious.

Great food and service. Also saw a crocodile swim past! Fantastic sunset views.Recommend full sleeves against the sandflies in the evening.

The layered black bean dip with papaya is to die for. Perfect mix of sweet and spicy. We were delighted to have such a fantastic menu with salads and wines, but the atmosphere and experience chatting with the staff were beyond compare. The restaurant is on the water's edge with an outstanding natural mangrove view, and a rare crocodile sighting made it the luckiest, and best, birthday I've had in a long while.
